1912 Seade is born in Antofagasta, Chile, the eldest son in a Lebanese immigrant family.

1923 The family moves to Montevideo, Uruguay.

1925-1930 Seade works as an assistant to the painters Enrique Albertazzi (muralist) and Guillermo Rodríguez, while studying painting at the Cículo de Bellas Artes school

1926 First Oil paintings exhibit at Cerrillos, inspired by his mentor Rodríguez.

1931 Participates in the Fine Arts expo organized by the Comisión Nacional del Centenario

1932 Participates in the IX Spring Salon organized by the Círculo de Bellas Artes.

1933 Member of the federal Executive Committee of the National Confederation of Intellectual Workers of Uruguay, organism created after the visit to Uruguay of David Alfaro Siqueiros.

1934 Moves to the city of Colonia, after being tenured as a Drawing professor. l

1935 Participates in the Salón de Artes Plásticas at the Spanish Club, with con José Cúneo y Joaquín Torres García.

1936 Paints a mural in the Drawing Classroom of the Liceo de Colonia, now Casa de la Cultura. Allegory of Labor, 16' x 19'.

1937 First Independents Salon.

1938 Fine Arts Salon "Helping the Children of Republican Spain".

1939 Mural "La Marcha del Pueblo a la Piedra Alta" 34'x12' at the Main Hall of the Liceo de Florida.

1940 First Salón Municipal de Artes Plásticas with his Oils "Composition", "Figure", "The Philatelist". Marries Lucía Fournié.

1941 Second Salón Municipal de Artes Plásticas. "The Pruning", "Hunter" y "Ie cream vendor". Presents the Oil "Washerwomen" to the V Salón Nacional de Bellas Artes. Makes illustrations for Mundo Uruguayo Magazine. Travels back to Montevideo.

1942 Participates in the Salón de Artistas and the III Salón Municipal de Artes Plásticas with his oils "Figures" and "Washerwomen". Her daughter Lucía is born.

1944 Invited to exhibit at the "Pintura Moderna del Uruguay" show organized by Amigos del Arte in Buenos Aires. Illustrations for Marcha, a daily newspaper. Special Mention at the VIII Salón de Bellas Artes. Her daughter Carolina is born

1945 Great Award Gallinal at the IX Salón Nacional to his Oil "The Camping Site at Ayui".

1946 Tenured as a Professor at the Escuela de Bellas Artes. He would teach uninterruptedly until 1961. Artist's elected member of the Jury for the Salón Nacional de Dibujo y Grabado. X Salón de Bellas Artes with his oils "Spain" and "Figures" His daughter Alicia is born.

1947 XI Salón Nacional de Pintura with oil ("Figure"), and two frescos ("Layout for a Mural" and "Detail of a Mural"). This one was acquired by the Montevideo City Government

1948 Participates in the XII Salón de Pintura with the oils "Figure" y "Naturaleza bien muerta".

1950 His son Juan is born.

1951 Participates in the XV Salón Nacional de Pintura

1955 Wins the Second Prize in the painting contest of Banco La Caja Obrera. Hired after a contest by the Instituto de Profesores Artigas as Live Drawing professor

1957-58 Paints a large fresco in a private home.

1969 Dies on January the 18th
